NatureShop accepts international payment cards. Payment is taken from your account when your order is shipped.
All amounts are including VAT.
NatureShop uses an approved payment server which encrypts all your card details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Orders are processed on the same day or the next business day. If this is not possible, you will be notified. When we ship your package, we’ll also email a track and trace number to you. Thus, you can always follow the status of your order.

Sold out items etc.
Should we suddenly realise that an item is not in stock anyway, we will contact you as soon as possible to make further arrangements.

2 years of warranty is given. Our warranty covers errors in the material or manufacturing. Warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product. NatureShop will cover return shipping to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent per COD will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days. This time period is counted from the day you receive your order. If you return your entire order, we will refund the entire amount you paid, including your shipping costs. You must, however, pay any costs associated with returns yourself.
We must be notified of cancellations no later than 14 days after your purchase, and you must return the items no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation. Notice must be given by email to support@natureshop.dk. In the notice, clearly indicate that you wish to use your right to cancel.

The item’s condition when returned
You are only liable for any depreciation of the item’s value as a result of handling in excess of what’s necessary to determine the item’s nature, features, and functionality. Put differently, you may test the item in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item is used in excess of what’s described above, we consider it to be in used condition, which means that only part of or none of the purchase amount is refunded, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to have the entire purchase amount refunded, you are only allowed to handle the item as you would in a physical store. You may test the item, but not begin using it regularly.

Complaint options
